STRUCTURES and Execution Engineer in Precast of F.S.L.M P.S.C BOX GIRDERS.I have operated with diversified domain projects in M.S.B. Construction & Heavy Civil Infrastructure Development. Which in hand gave me an in depth understanding of the operations of various core areas in civil Engineering. I have handled various critical and challenging projects from design stage to Finishing stage and ensured that the projects gets executed as per IS Specifications in stipulated time with Quality in control. Preparation and Implementation of QA/QC Policies and Procedures.
• Responsible for preparing Quality Plan that supports the project and clients’ requirements on quality
assurance and quality control.
• Preform Inspection on Incoming Project Materials as per IS-Codes, Manufacture s’Test Certificate and as
per Project s’ Inspection & Test Plan (I.T.P.). Raising of Material Inspection Report.(M.I.R.)
• Develop method statement for the activity including risk assessment and job safety environmental
analysis and Inspection Test Plan and Checklist based on specifications of the project.

• Carry out Internal Audit at the site as scheduled in the Project Quality Plan (P.Q.P.).

• Perform In-House tests for Project Materials at Clients Requirements such as for – Reinforcement
Steel :- Steel Rolling Margin, Soil:- Field Dry Density & Proctor Compaction test, Cement-Initial &
Final Setting time , Standard Consistency. AAC Blocks- Compressive Strength, Fly ash Bricks –
Compressive Strength & Water absorption Test., ETC.
