Fabricated materials inspection.  During Fit up checking of Edge Preparation, Orientation, plumb,  Flatness, Peaking (Before & after welding) and preparing Reports.  Verifying correctness of consumables and proper baking / storage.  Ensure proper preheating and monitoring welding process and parameters during Welding.  Carryout visual inspection of root run, cap and ensure inter-pass Temperature as per WPS.  Cir-seam and L-seam checking for welding.  RT offering.  Hydro test witness as per ITP.  Coordination with clients for final Inspection  Getting clearance from client.  Preparing for hydro test.  Review of Project specification and P&IDs.  Responsible for UT/RT/MT/PT and Radiography Film interpretation throughout the fabrication activity.  Conduct the procedure qualification test as per WPS.  Organize and conduct the welder's qualification test as per ASME Section IX and client specification.  Check only approved electrodes, wires and gas are used.  Visual inspection of pipe fit up and welds joints.  NDT inspection and pressure tests are carried out and documented in accordance with the approved procedures and QC plan for Fabrication activities.  Inspections records and maintains and update the inspection and test status.  Preparation of Quality Procedure, ITP, WPS etc., Material Identification, verification of material test reports, visual inspection of weld joints, maintaining records of inspection, arrangements of NDT as per the fabrication requirements.  Handling all piping technical queries and investigating all field pipe work related problems, including the drawing of field sketches when necessary.  Coordinating with Engineering and Construction and liaise with the Client on detail engineering requirements.  Responsible for Piping erection operations and pipe support installation in accordance with schedule, Procedures, Specifications, Priorities and Availability of Construction Drawings.  Ensure the Productivity and Quality is maintained by subordinates. Coordinate with other Disciplines in site.  Provide technical answers to Engineering Queries raised up by the sub-contractor confirming design drawings and standard requirements.
