Monitoring of shop floor and QA activities.
Handling of non conformities through implementation of CAPA.
Effective handling and resolution to customer complaints.
Analysis of customer return parts with the help of 8D methodology.
Continuous Monitoring, analysis and Improvement in Assy. location.
Responsible for maintenance of fixtures and it's Inhouse calibration.
Give on the job training to the operators
Stop production in case of any non conformance is detected in the product or the process.
