• Identification of potentially hazardous area for critical inspection.
• Job safety induction / toolbox meeting
• Help manage risks and hazards in their area.
• General housekeeping (5-S Japanese conception)
• Housekeeping checks all stairways, passageway and gangways kept free from material and obstruction of any kind should be removed.
• Specific and right PPE related to the job.
• Welding inspection of tools and equipment used in welding processes check for adequate ventilation or exhaust fans for extraction of fumes.
• Issue work permit and check work area before start of work.
• Safe work in confined space. (Safety watcher/ entry permit, rescue arrangements etc.)
• Safe working at heights.
• Excavation safety. (Banking / Shoring/ Fencing etc.)
• Safe work procedures / job safety analysis.
• Checking unsafe acts and unsafe conditions.
• Write and revise safety regulation and coded.
• Daily safety site inspection and giving solution through (3-Es) engineering, education, and enforcement.
• Record of certification for testing of lifting tools and tackles as Form-10
