 Testing and Assurance of the quality of construction material like such as Cement, Aggregate. Fineness, Normal consistencies & FST, Soundness, Compressive & Tensile strength of Cement. Sieve analysis, Flakiness and Elongation, Impact, Crushing, Abrasion value test of Aggregate & Silt Content of Sand (by Weight & Volume both method).  Maintaining the record of all raw materials which is used in site.  Testing of Soil Compaction test such as Modified proctor test, FDD (Core cutter & Sand replacement method).  Designing of concrete mix with various size of aggregates. Responsible for preparing mix design of M55 & M60 grade of concrete.  Checking the Workability of Concrete Slump Test, Compacting factor test, Vee-Bee Consistometer test.  Controlling the Batching Plant Concrete production as per Site requirement.  Testing of Hardend Concrete Compressive Strength testing by CTM, Flexural strength testing of beam, Rebound hammer testing, UPV & Core cutter testing of concrete.  To maintain Calibration of various instruments and machinery as per of approved QAP and Indian Standard Specifications.  Coordinating with clients.  All construction work, Estimating & Documentation.  Third party testing arrangement as per frequency.
