Witnessing Concrete trial mixes in batching plant.
Witnessing Bituminous trial mixes in HOT mix plant.

Prepare quality progress reports and send to management.
Ensuring calibration of all the testing & quality control instruments at regular intervals by
competent authorities.
Managing and controlling the project sites for execution of work as per the Quality Assurance
Plan with ASTM,ASTHO,IS,IRC, and BIS Codes.
Participating weekly quality meeting.
Training and guiding teams towards identifying factors critical to quality, reducing process
variation, improving capabilities & increasing stability to support quality goals.
