instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered, and other important QA/QC

Development of Project Specific Quality Plan, methodologies with respect to project
specifications & codal provisions, Inspection & test plans and its implementations at site.
RMC trials and approvals, RMC plant random visits and technical audits.
Co-ordination with the client & attending the client meeting regarding the status of work.
Site inspection before, during and after work activities to check & ensure proper
implementation, generate defect lists & NCR’s with root cause analysis with corrective
