Implementation of QA/QC system at site.
Conduct the inspection for all activities at site.
Conduct the Inspection for all the incoming materials.
Maintain the quality documents as per the company system requirement detailed in
Quality plan and client requirements.
Material testing as per the standards and client requirement for Soil, Aggregates,
Cement, Admixture and etc…
Concrete mix design and lab/ Field testing.
Planning for Concrete Pours by assigning required Transit Mixers and technicians to
run the production and progress smoothly.
Complete supervision and control on production of concrete for quality and
performance.
Controlling the cement feeding gang and loaders for the Plant to run smoothly during
production through subordinates.
Controlling of materials and other resources for Batching Plants.
Scheduling maintenance for the plant in consultation and support with Plant and
Machinery department.
Handling clients for all kinds of concrete production related issues independently.
Regular monitor and ensure the system in place.
Raise Observation / NCR to execution team for the non-conformance work.
Ensure the calibration of all equipment and Batching Plant as per Quality plan and
standards.
