Preparing of Quality Plan ,Work Methodology and Testing Procedure.
➢ Performing lab tests for Construction materials and ensure Standards as per IS code &
MoRTH.
➢ Conducting of trial mixes of all grades of concrete (M15 to M50 grade) ,PQC and DLC.
➢ Conducting of Job mix Formula of GSB, CTSB, CTB, WMM ,DBM, BM, BC, SDBC.
➢ Carried out inhouse & third party Testing of All Materials (Fine Aggregate, Coarse
Aggregate , Cement, Steel, Soil, Bentonite,Emulsion & Bitumen as per the frequency.
➢ Setting up and maintaining of QAQC Lab as per the specified guidelines.
➢ Clearance of NCR’s raised by Authority Engineer/Consultant/Client with concern dept.
➢ Preparation of list of Activities Required as per SQP .
➢ Getting approval for all Material sources & co-ordinating with the client as well as
consultants Engineer.
➢ Review test results of Quarry and Borrow Area material suitability for use on the project.
➢ Grain Size Analysis ,Specific Gravity ,Plasticity Index, FSI, MDD&OMC of Soil sample
by Modifier proctor ,Moisture Content and FDD testing by Sand Replacement Method and
Core Cutter Method.
➢ Maintaining Calibration of All Lab equipment’s as well as Batching plant & HMP
➢ Review Quality control tests of all materials as per Technical Specifications.
➢ Inspection of all activities related to pile, Pile Cap, substructure and superstructure.
➢ Conducting of pile integrity test, pile load test and plate load tests with consultant.
➢ Maintain Records and formats of All Raw materials tests as per Specification.
➢ Preparing the Monthly quality report.
➢ Assist QA/QC Manager in conducting internal quality audits
