Reviewing the Releasing check sheet and sending to sites after approving.
Reviewing final Packages for Hydrotest, approving & releasing for Hydro test.
Preparing the punch list items as per P & ID and Isometric such as Pipes support, Valves,
Guides, Shoe support and NDT completion and approving/releasing packages for hydro test
Monitoring of various welding process like, GTAW, SMAW & FCAW.
Review of WPS and PQR as per project specification
Familiar with MT, PT and RT film interpretation
To follow all quality control procedure, inspection and test plan.
Checking joint fit-up & Monitoring and controlling welding consumables.
Familiar with welding inspections that is before, during and after welding activities at site.
Reviewing filler wires and electrodes of welding procedure specification
Qualification and performance monitoring of welding personnel.
Supervision and inspection Welding, Pre-heat and Post Weld Heat Treatment of weld.
Development and implementation of inspection checklist and report/format.
Co-ordination of all destructive and Non-destructive testing at various sites for different
clients.
Manpower and resources handling.
Fabrication & Erection.
Isometric clearance, Mechanical clearance, Box-up.
