Provide sufficient feedback to higher officer on the day-to-day quality issues.
• To maintain filing & records system of all QC activities.
• Conduct field and off-site inspection and testing as per specification and drawing.
• Checking of crimping couplers with new bar to existing bar.
• Prepare of Job mix formula Structural concrete accordance with MORT&H, National and
International codes/specifications such as IS 10262, IS 456, and IS 383 etc…
• Preparing of monthly Progress Report as per the planned schedule.
• Preparing of monthly Consumption, Reconciliation and Wastage statement.
• Planning the production procurement of concrete and other raw material.
• Implementation of Quality management system at site as per ISO 9001-2015 standard and
internal auditing.
• Keeping records of Calibration of batching plant and all Lab Equipment’s.
