Day to day Supervision of all activities at Lab and Site.  Check quality of materials such as cement, aggregate, concrete and other construction materials.  Responsible to review the Contractors documents like Material and drawings. Checking the site works as per contractor’s inspection request and confirming the work as per approved drawings & Method statement.  Checking and inspecting Quality of works during construction.  Concrete production with a required slump.  Compressive strength of Cube Test, Concrete Cube Monitoring.  Involved in pile casting and pile cap and pier cap, U-girder, I-Girder, Portal casting and checking.  Repairing of Honeycombs and matching of existing concrete surface color.  Have done all type of cement testing.  Preparing Construction Program Schedule & Monitoring site progress according the project construction schedule and reporting superior accordingly.  Preparing weekly & monthly site progress report and forwarding to the Project Manager.  Responsible to maintain record of all site correspondence.  Experienced in professional interfacing with the Client, contractor and his representative.
