Planning and executing the work as per the design and drawing.
Prepare daily status reports for the reporting manager.
Inspection of quality works at the site. Checking reinforcement,
shuttering, alignment & level of structures as per QAP.
planning daily resources like steel, cement, and other hardware
materials.
Estimating daily manpower requirements.
Maintaining daily records of all aggregates, concrete, cubes, blocks,
etc.
Maintain and coordinate monthly bulk quantities of third-party
testing.
Monitor efficient system, record all project activities, and analyzeall
processes to ensure that the work is happening as per quality standards.
Perform all tests as per IS CODE and maintain as per CPWD/PWD
specification
