Reporting to QUALITY HEAD, Project Manager, Communicating the entire quality
Issues related to Project with Civil Team.
1. Design Mix - Design mix and its Calculation like M-15 to M45 Grade,of Concrete (As per IS:456-2000)
2. Control all Quality related activities, example- CONCRETE PRODUCTION
(RMC PLANT), G.S.B, WMM, CTB, SOIL, CONCRETE, CEMENT etc.
works and Conducting Quality Management System awareness
programme at sites. ( As per IS: Code)
3. Co-ordination with Client & Consultant Scheduling & Monitoring of
Construction for quality relatedissues.
4. Ensuring the application of sound quality control procedures
and Testing of Materials (Soil, Steel, Aggregate, Cement,
Concrete mix design etc.) for all aspects of the works.
5. Daily makes reports as per contract agreement given frequencies.
6. Computer Skills i.e. Ms-excel, Ms-Word etc...
7. To Conduct Core Cutting Test in site and observe the Results.
8. Cement test: As per IS:269 , IS:8112 , IS:12269 & IS:4031 for
complete test like Finesse, Specific Gravity, Consistency , Setting
time , Compressive strength, Soundness test by Le-Chatelier
Expansion .
