Testing the Borrow soil (e.g. Grain Size Analysis, Proctor test, Free Swell Index, Atterberg’s Limit, CBR test,
Dirct Shear Test,Soil SBC In Local Shear Method,Soil Classification),EV2 Test of soil and approving as per
RDSO.
Preparing Blanket material by mixing Soil and Sand to satisfy RDSO guidelines.
Testing of cement e.g. Consistency test, IST & FST, Fineness test, Soundness of cement, Compressive strength
test of cement.
Testing of aggregate e.g. Sieve analysis,Zone analysis of fine aggregate, Specific gravity of aggregate, Abrasion
test, Crushing test, Aggregate Impact value test,Water Absorption test of aggregate,Bulk Density & Compacted
Density of aggregate.Flakiness & Elongation test of aggregate,Combine & All in aggregate gradation test of
aggregate & silt & clay content test of fineaggregate
Testing of concrete e.g. Compressive strength test, Permeability test ,Rebound Hammer Test,UPV test of
concrete,Slump test in slump cone method, Trial mix of concrete, moisture correction etc as per specification.
● Sound Knowledge about steel Physical & Chemical Test.
• Permeability test of Concrete.
● Prepairing of Design mix of Concrete of asper required Graded.
•Checking quality of concrete, batch report and slump value(Slump cone ,Compacting Factor,Vee bee & flow
Table test method)

Carrying FDD test by Core cutter method and Sand replacement method as per IS code.
