➢ Handling the QAQC work for structures like under ground station building & pre-cast
segments.
➢ Mix designing of different grades of concrete (M15, M25, M40, M45, M50 & M60) & grout
mixes.
➢ Responsible for inspection of physical properties of the raw materials like Cement,
Aggregates, Fresh & Hardened Concrete, Water, Fly Ash, Bentonite, Polymer & others at inhouse laboratory and the physical & chemical properties inspection at external laboratory
of Reinforcement Bars, Structural Steel, Reinforcement Couplers, Chemical Admixture,
Crystalline Admixture, Micro silica & others as per technical standards mentioned in the
ITP.
➢ Responsible for the site activity like inspection of reinforcement, shuttering, casting,
repairing works of defects in any structures & others.
➢ Ensuring quality in pre-cast segments cycle monitoring like cage fixing, casting, surface
finishing, steam / wet curing, demoulding, micro finishing, stacking & despatch of tunnel
rings.
➢ Ensuring all the laboratory equipment’s & batching plant to be calibrated as per mentioned
in the tender documents.
➢ Preparation of ITP for all the materials & PQAP.
➢ Preparation & incorporation of all Work Method Statements, required as per contract & also
follow-up of proper implementation at site on regular basis.
➢ Conducting field tests for concrete, bentonite, polymer and different types of grouting.
➢ Handling concrete production and batching plant related activities.
➢ Preparing and submitting of compliance reports to the clients against NCRs and
observations.
➢ Carry out quality audit & inspection of work area confirming to ISO 9001: 2015
requirements.
