Preparation of Quality Assurance documents & implementing the
same physically.
❖ Daily & weekly quality meeting discussions with client personnel.
❖ Preparation of Field Quality Plans according to client demand & site
circumstances & following the same for operation of works.
❖ Daily moisture content correction check of raw materials for
production of concrete & conveying the information to batching plant
operators.
❖ Routine testing of raw materials at an frequent interval as specified &
agreed in Field Quality Plan & monitoring if raw materials are
acceptable or not.
❖ Scheduled tests of fuel ash pulverized bricks as specified in according
IS code.
❖ Approval documentation of new source or type of raw material to be
received if not mentioned in pre approved vendors or type list
provided by client.
❖ Collection of samples of concrete from various batches in an interval
of time for internal slump test & concrete cube casting.
❖ Conducting routine compression test for casted cube of accelerated
cured, 7 days or 28 days cured samples.
