Engaged with job role in EPC as well as PMC project team work in Refineries, Cross-Country Pipelines, Oil Terminal as a
Sr. QA/QC Engineer(Mech.) and as a NDT Co-ordinator.
❖ Preparation or revised the Quality Audit Scope, Plan etc as a certified of QMS on ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor
(IRCLASS) .
❖ Inspection of Raw materials and review the material test certificate MTC as per material code and client specification.
❖ Familiar reading/review of GA & fabrication drawings and interpreting welding symbols.
❖ Coordination with client’s inspector for inspection of hold and witness point.
❖ Monitoring and witnessing of all the welding related activities (before, during and after) as per client approved quality
plan. Quality control procedure, approved GA drawings, and client specification etc. Perform stage wise inspection of
heavy fabrication, sheet metal and machining as per ITP and approved GA drawings etc.
❖ Monitor and witness of welding parameters for the process such as SMAW,GMAW,GTAW and SAW
❖ Engaged with Welding procedure of CS, CS-NACE, LTCS, Alloy Steel (P11 & P22), INCONEL,SS and Duplex material
❖ Preparing and review to WPS, PQR and welder qualification test.
❖ Engaged with IMIR of Supply Material Incoming. Making Quality measurement sheet for RA Bill processing.
❖ Experienced of Shut down inspection on hydrocarbon process plant in Cross-Country as well as Oil-terminal with refinery
plant.
❖ Reviewing work procedure for quality content according to the tender technical specifications with QAP documents.
❖ Visual inspection of Tankage-Piping (fabrication & welding) works.
❖ Dimension and Final inspection of fabricated and machined items.
❖ Review of supplier drawings, reports, procedure and documents such as all NDT reports, WPS, PQR, WPQ weld map
NDE operator Qualification, PWHT report and chart, manufacturing data book etc
❖ Ensuring the paint application and their related test i.e. Adhesion, DFT & WFT etc.
❖ Analyzing the NDT report and its reviewing and documentation.
