Silt content, Crushing value, Bulk density, Specific gravity & Water absorption.
Test of Cement: - Fineness, Soundness, Standard consistence, Initial & Final setting
time,Compressive strength of cement: 3days, 7days & 28days.
Test of Concrete: - Free moisture content, of coarse and fine aggregate, Concrete batch
weightrecord, Slump test, Compressive strength and Mix design.
Test of Soil : - Field compaction of Sand replacement & Core cutter method, Calibration of
Sand, MDD & OMC, GSA, LL/PL, and FSI test.
Test of Bricks : - Dimension, Water absorption and Compressive strength test.
Test of GSB & WMM: - Gradation, LL & PL, Proctor test.
Test of Bitumen : - Softening point, Penetration, Ductility, and Elastic recovery test.
Responsibility :- Conducting laboratory testing for Soil, Aggregate, Cement, Bricks, and
Concrete Sampling, Testing work as per IS Code and MORTH specification.
