(grain size), chemicaltest and UST.
ExposuretoWeldingProcedureQualificationRecord&WelderQualificationTestasperrelevant
codes, standards &specifications.
Inspection of incoming material and Maintaining Inward & Outward register for Incomingmaterial.
Ensure proper storage, handling and identification ofmaterial.
Inspection of Cutting, Straightening , Edge Preparation & Fit-Up OfComponents
Inspection of Welding Operation & VisualExamination
Carrying out Non Destructive Testing (RT, UT, MPT &PT)
Trial AssemblyInspection
Knowledge about welding process like SMAW, GMAW, GTAW, SAW, FCAWetc.
