Control and monitoring all activities as per the Method Statement, ITP’s & Quality Management
system.
➢ Single Point Responsibility for QA/QC documents including certifications, Calibration, Test
results, inspection requests, NCR and site inspection.
➢ Receive or reject the material after inspection based on their quality.
➢ Develop quality control report, post construction reports.
➢ Make sure that all technical documents pertaining to quality control are upto date.
➢ Carry out internal audit as scheduled in project quality plan.
➢ Promoting quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organization.
➢ Conducting the Quality meeting or MRM as per monthly frequency.
➢ Assuring quality control by monitoring, inspection, sampling and testing of the delivered
materials.
➢ Analysis of Re-work and reduce cost of poor quality.
➢ Check and verify material deliveries in conformity with the project specification.
➢ Responsible to take corrective actions to eliminate the cause of nonconformities to prevent
recurrence.
➢ Conduct inventory check of laboratory equipment.
➢ Performing daily laboratory activities.
➢ Conducting trial mix for Research and Development and arrive at economical design.
➢ Prepare and review Contract General Requirement submittals, material submittals.
➢ Ensuring tests and procedures are properly understood, carried out and documented.
➢ Preparation and Maintenances of all records/reports to quality control of road and structural
works.
➢ Conducting field density tests by sand replacement methods and conducting all tests for soil and
aggregates tests.
➢ Responsible for internal audit as per IS standards.
