same, Lowering & Connection of Backup Gantries and Umbilical Connection during the initial drive
of the tunnel, Tunnelling best practices as per BS 6164 and ITA guidelines, Fluent with all ITA
Publications and the theories related to Shield Tunneling & Case Studies
Calibration of Batching Plant (CP 60 & CP 30), Third Party Trial Mix tests for Aggregates, Sand
and Cement, Approve backup batching plants required for mass concreting
Quality Control tests as required for a structure’s durability of 120&100 years and mandatory tests
related to tunnel such as – EPDM Gasket Test as per STUVA Guidelines, Gel Time/ Hardening
Time for Primary Grout, etc. used in Tunnelling and concrete tests (hardened and non-hardened
tests as per ASTM, BIS, BS and other international standards as per checklists
Prepare Daily Progress Reports, Monthly Financial Progress statements
