Material for Selection of Borrow Area for Embankment & Sub-Grade work, and quarry for
base course work, Concrete Mix Design of various grades (M-15 to M-50),
Bituminous testing BM, DBM, Overlaying BC, SDBC, Emulsion &Paving Bitumen,
Testing of Cement & Concrete, Routine testing of Soil, GSB, WMM ,DBM, BC, & other
related construction of Highways & Bridges, also involved in outside testing of
material& structures like plate load test& SPT of soil, pile load test initial, vertical &
lateral and equipment’s as and when required.
●Maintaining Documentation Such as Raising & Closing of RFI, closing of NCR/ON,
Maintaining progress Bar chart, Weekly & Monthly Progress report, Sampling &
Testing of Borrow Area & Submission for approval, calibration of WMM & GSB Plant,
Batching Plant, Hot Mix Plant, & all other Equipment in the Laboratory.
●Conducting & Checking of Laboratory testing as well as field testing for soil, Aggregate,
Cement & Concrete, Bitumen (Convention &Modified)& Bituminous Work as per
MORST&H Specifications & IS other technical literatures.
