Inspection & Testing of incoming raw material ( Cement, Sand, Coarse Aggregate,
Admixture, Reinforcement Steel, Structural Steel )
Control of non-conforming product.
Conducting Trials for various grade of concrete.
Maintaining Quality records & documentation as per ISO Systems.
Maintaining Quality Control testing as per approved ITP/FQP.
Controlling of site activity. (concrete quality at pouring condition like. slump,
temperature, etc.).
Inspection of concrete structure immediately after de-shuttering & taking corrective
and preventive measures.
Inspection of major structures before placing concrete.
Process control of the Batching Plant.
Maintaining all records as per approved ITP/FQP.
Conducting of FDD Testing along with Contractor's representative
Field Density testing by Sand replacement method
Preparation of monthly report and keeping the lab records up to date.
