Planning and indenting necessary lab equipment’s.
❖ Establish and maintain material testing lab on site.
❖ Routine material testing in specified intervals from internal lab.
❖ Training of Lab Technicians as and when required.
❖ Updating & maintaining the documents regarding Quality Control & site activities.
❖ Preparing status summary regarding Quality Control reports, NCR’S, material
consumption & calibration reports.
❖ Preparation of Method statements, QA/QC Plan, Inspection test plan.
❖ Ensuring the frequency of tests as per ITP.
❖ Preparing test reports, weekly quality reports, monthly quality reports, Analysis of mix
designs as per approved proportions.
