To ensure that proper methodology and instructions are followed in execution of various activities.
• Administration of laboratory experiment records.
• Reviewing of QA Procedures.
• Maintaining records of quality control & related inspections & tests including MTR & site tests.
• Sampling & Testing of borrow area samples as per MORTH Specification.
• Sampling& testing of OGL, Embankment, Sub-grade, GSB, WMM, DBM, BC and Concrete used in
structures.
• Testing of all types of design mix of CONCRETE DESIGN MIX (M15, M20, M30, M35 and M40).
• Analysis, Process control, quality testing & control of raw materials, in process and finished products.
• Preparation of all documents related to the lab testing according to IS, IRC & MORTH Specification.
• Calibration of Lab Instruments like FDD cylinders, RMM.
• Monitoring conditions in plant and quality testing of material production during construction phase.
• Developing SOP’s Method Statements/Technical Specifications, ITPs for all the constructional activities.
Preparation of weekly reports and maintaining documentation at site.
• Responsible for End-to-End Quality assurance. Ensured compliance and handle implementation.
Reports presentations as required and manage project performance. Ensuring whether production
standards are met.
• Preparing key metrics and conducting internal audits for verifying solutions.
