To Carry out MULTI INSPECTION of weld joints, surface accordance with international
codes and standard like ASME, AWS D1.1, ANSI, API etc.
Performing RT, UT, MPT, DPT Testing as per Procedure.
Familiar with various type of MT machine like Yoke and Prode Technique and Different
type of DPT Testing, MODSONIC EII UT machine, and work with GAMMA RAY, X RAY.
Review of Quality Assurance Plan/ITP, Procedures.
Coordination with Production, TPI, QC.
Coordinating inspection activities with client & authorized Inspector (TPI) & AI.
Prepare of NDT reports.
Drawing Viewing and Interpretation.
Determine pump performance, motor performance.
Expert in thickness survey analysis of boiler water wall to reduce force outage.
PMI analysis of material.
Motor health analysis i.e. vibration analysis to increase motor working power.
Thermography analysis of that material which emit heat.
Familiar with various type of boiler tube, boiler working motor, turbine, generator, boiler
drum, slag cooler, APH.
