    As a Assistant Manager (Mechanical) I have been assigned to look after the repairs and maintenance of Plant & machinery.  Allotment of work to technicians (mechanics), guiding them in attending the repairs.  Monitoring the progress of the allotted work, arranging the required spares needed to attend the repairs.  Follow up of maintenance schedules and attending corrective & preventive repairs on Plant & Machinery.  Preparing & implementing necessary Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance Schedules  Monitoring the diesel consumption and if found abnormality informing it to higher authorities.  Co-ordination with all relevant functions / departments for the successful implementation of duties.  Trouble Shooting of Heavy Earth Moving Equipment’s Related With Road Construction.
