Checking the quality of the concrete as well as the process of pouring, maintain the documents
& the inspection tests.
Documentations (RFI, third party test reports, Material test reports etc.
Documentation of CMRS and completed CMRS and Trail Run in Joka-Majerhat and New
Garia - Ruby Project (Kolkata Metro).
Preparation of daily reports and data for review and evaluation of HOD.
Coordination with clients, contractors, site engineers &Third-party agency.
All lab test at own laboratory/ RMC plant.
Carried out the work as per quality control check sheet, Method statements & QAP.
Flash Butt weld & Alumino thermic weld Technology & other Rail tests.
USFD test.
Physical inspection of concrete at site (Slump test, temperature, cube casting).
Site Auditing and maintain the quality of work.
Inspecting & review of calibrations certificates of various equipment’s use at site.
Coordinate site related activities and act on technical inquire to resolve issues as per drawing.
