Checking quality control procedures followed at site as per the method
statement.
Maintaining all the Quality documents, registers and reports.
Preparing Design mix & trial of concrete for Batching plant.
Adjusting daily moisture correction of aggregates for production of concrete.
Checking of the pre, during & post construction activities as per the method
statements and generating defect list / NCR's.
Testing of all the incoming materials as per ITP & maintaining the record.
Conducting trainings & meetings periodically to maintain quality standards.
Inspecting daily completed works and recommending remedial actions.
