Witness Review of Mix Design GSB, WMM, DBM, BC.
Witness, Review and acceptance of quarry site for aggregates etc.
Recommend approval and rejection of material to quality head.
Maintain records of all tests results and approval and rejection of completed works.
Conduct specified tests as per stipulations and specifications laid down in the contract.
Verify and Certify Quality of Material and completed works.
Study Material Report and test Results.
Review and Approve Third party test results & Manufacturer’s certificates.
Witness of calibrations Plant and equipment.
Review and Monitor the mixing of Materials and its transportation included plants and equipment’s.
Conduct all field tests and special test of Materials where required.
And all activities related to Quality checking after Raised RFI (Request for Inspection)by EPCContractor.
