    Prepare Monthly MIS Data and Report •sent to Cluster office Provide Induction new joining staff about Quality management System (Qms). Conduct training as per Schedules and compile data and report to cluster office. Daily site visit and raise observations if any and inform site engineer for rectification. Inspect incoming material and prepare the report according to ITP. Perform joint inspection with clients (such as Aarvee associates & SWSM) of HDPE pipe MDPE pipe, FHTC fitting , GI pipe DI pipe etc. Conduct Monthly discussion about Site Condition with site engineer and project manager. Conduct Toolbox talk & Quality pledge with staff daily. Test & prepare report of Gradation test, Impact test Flakiness & Elongation test under client's presence. Before starting any activity raise Request of Inspection (RFI) for Testing, concrete, inspection of material reinforcement checking etc. Prepare Billing Document Related to Quality and Submit to Client.
