Basically, I am a First Class Degree holder in Civil Engineering with professional experience of 21 years in the field of NHAI funded Major Highway Project as a, Site Engineer, Highway Engineer, Construction manager, Deputy Project Manager and Project Manager in site supervision, planning, quantity measurement, billing and site execution and also in the field of Airport and Solar power for execution, planning,quality control and timely completion of civil activities..

Land acquisition in coordination with Revenue department and NHAI.
Preparation of project inventory report.
Preparation and approval for estimates for the work like Tree cutting,
shifting of religious buildings, shifting of utilities etc.
Preparation and approval of working methodology.
Approval for source of material.
Preparation of strip chart, progress chart.
Estimation and calculation of quantity of different material required.
To follow up with design consultant, proof consultant and safety
consultant for fast approval of drawing for submission and its approval
with consultant.
Providing necessary site data to consultant for incorporation in drawing.
Review of drawing at site level for its final submission.
Planning and allocation of staff, manpower, plant and machineries.
Project schedules, supervision of construction work, quality control and
field testing.
Preparation of monthly progress reports, financial reports, budgets, and
expenditures.
Organizing and participating in stakeholder & Client meetings.
Execution and Supervision of different Highway activities like Subgrade, G.S.B,
W.M.M, D.B.M, B.C, S.M.A, Box Culvert, L and I kerv, Lined Drain, Road
Furniture etc.
