 Confident and responsible for monitoring the site's construction activity.  Ability to work under pressure with Honestly.  Punctual and dedicated.  Good Communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.   Energetic highly motivated, multi-lingual individual with a positive attitude to accomplish the assignment on time and with quality to the almost satisfaction of management and client.  Well knowledge about National Highway, State highway & Industries work.  Well knowledge of maintaining records of work progress and working preplan of construction of Embankment Sub-grade, G.S.B., WMM, DBM, BC, Median kerb and Line-drain. Re Wall, DLC, PQC, retaining wall, Toe Wall, over had Gentry, Cantilever and all Signage Work, Street Light Toe Line, Sewerage Line, Field dry density, Core test etc.  Preparation of working Plan & Profile drawing, Layout plan of highway & Structure work and Supervision of site activity.  As per IRC guide lines MORT&H and specification review and acceptance of test results for aggregates, quarry spell, sand, borrow materials, test results of manufactured materials required for road and bitumen. Review & acceptance of Mix Design proposals for granular sub base, wet mix macadam, premix carpet, seal coat and various grades of maintaining records, works programs and progress reports.  Well knowledge of Stack measurement of aggregates, Quarry & GSB for working out Quantities.
