Following up with inspectors, supervising contractors, work to insure that it is in accordance with approved drawings and specifications, maintaining quality parameters with the construction standards for the Project (2B+S+20) in Aluminum Shuttering. Execution of all civil activities & steel structure works for construction of Project. Execution of all the civil & finishing work for Residential building and External development. Execute all type of civil works (RC foundations, grade beams, columns, water tanks, roof slabs and finishing works) as per construction schedule under quality and safety objectives. Inspect all the civil works and get approval from Architectural & MEP consultants Generate weekly and monthly reports on the quality status of all activities with their schedule for completion. Preparation of Next Month Planning (Steel, Shuttering, RMC, POP, Door frame & wall and floor tiles) Review of Construction drawings, specifications and plan etc. related to site work. Co-ordinate with other departments and resolve anticipated problems.
