• Daily, Weekly,Monthly Project monitoring & Coordination with Execution Team, Field Engineers. • Coordination with Urban Development Department (MP Govt), Urban Local Bodies regarding Project Progress, Reports and Compliances. • Attending and addressing the meetings with other Consultants, Contractors and client at Division and State Level as well. • To Coordinate with Consultants and contractors and resolve technical issues, to avoid hindrances in project work-progress. • Reviewing Monthly Progress Reports M.P.R, etc. and Communicate documents to Head office. • Verification of Contractor’s Bill as per Site,Drawings, BOQ and UADD SOR, reviewing Comparative Statements, Reconciliation of Bills. • To Monitor, Manage division team of 50 members comprising of AREs, Field Engineers, Finance Experts, Social Experts, MIS Experts etc. • Participate in Tendering process of Water Engineering and Industrial Projects on behalf of Egis India as PMC. • Member, National Cadet Corps (NCC), during July -2005 to March-2008 (Regular 3 Years). • Member of “Paper presentation committee” and “venue management committee” in National convention of Civil Engineering students. • First prize in National Technical quiz in a National Syposium of Civil engineering. • First prize in National Conceptual Drawing competition on theme “connecting an Island to a Mainland”. • Second prize in Conceptual Drawing competition in national symposium of Civil Engineering “ANVESHAN-07” held at S.A.T.I. College Vidisha on theme “Civil at max”. • “Best NCC Cadet of College award ” of MITS , on Republican day of India
