• General and Technical Site supervision of Civil works at Pump house (Dimension - 81MX14 M and sump height is 12m and Superstructure height is 16.5M) ,132 KV Switch Yard including foundations, cable trenches, Electric control building and associated works & 300 Rmt Pipe Encasing work for Rising Main 3.110mm dia & also execute of 3 kilometre MS 3110mm ID twin line including excavation, backfilling, disposal up to taking farmer NOC
• Checking and execute every step of the quality of RCC works such as Pump house raft, wall, columns, beam and Checking of foundation bolt fixing and insert plate fixing and all finishing work of all structure.
• Preparation of daily, weekly, monthly, reports on work progress (key performance indicator) &evaluating asper the planned schedules.
• Maintaining quality standards for all structural works.
• Making monthly to daily plan v/s achieved, resource planning for the projected work, manpower deployment program, monthly Contractor billing and documentation for client billing.
• Preparation work methodology, bar bending schedule, B.O. Q, sub-contractor bills.
• Preparation of Monthly basis reconciliation of Bulk of material, steel and cement.
• Supervision of the working labour to ensure strict conformance to methods, quality and safety.
• Study of the related documents such as drawings, Electrical drawings and Mechanical Drawing.
• Fill up the of necessary document regarding safety and quality related document. (RFI, Checklist of formwork, Concrete poured Card, Safe Execution Card etc.)
• Coordinating the strength of grade as per the requirements.
• Attending the client meeting regarding the status of work.
• Explains the work and Study of assembly drawings to the new comers.
• Checking the Quality of concrete strengths regarding the grade, 7 days and 28 days test
• Checking the Quality of steel and grade of concrete as per structural requirement, diameter shape, and cement.
• Checking the defects like porosity, slag, excess penetration, air cracks etc.
