Accelerated Power Development Reform Program me (APDRP) to reduce A T & C losses, less failure of power supply, high reliability, safe distribution, voltage level Modernization and control of power distribution system by Implementation of High Voltage Distribution within permissible limit under APDRP in Rajasthan . To understand the JVVNL procedures, specifications and Engineering Standards and to implement at the work site for achieving a Good Quality Work. - Responsible for incoming materials Inspection with respect to approved Specification, Data sheets, Material Approval and quality plan. - Prolific knowledge of 11 KV & 33 KV line erection and commissioning, Construction and inspection of distribution network (HT, LT) & distribution Transformer (Single Phase, Three Phase & Power Transformer), Panels Like (VCB ) urban and rural electrification and work of system improvement, HVDS, FSP & APDRP Project. - Responsible for maintaining IMTE in the project site, coordination with client for witnessing the calibration of the instruments such as Boring machine, Compressors, Electric line tester, Safety belts and Harness etc. - Monitoring the installation and testing of Distribution Transformers (200 KVA) as per the Quality plan. - Carrying out inspection for electrical installation and testing of Substation Equipment’s, control panels and Ear thing to confirm that all quality aspects as per REC standards are met. Inspection was being carried out as per approved GTPs and Method of Statements. - Preparation of Quality related documents as per client’s requirement such as Quality control plan, related work instructions and liaison with the client for the approvals. - Preparation of look-ahead schedules and ensuring that all the schedules are met. - Taking preventive and predictive actions for the non-conformities observed in site.
