Responsibilities handled as a Field Technician, Asst. Lab Technician & Junior Engineer  Checking reinforcement and shuttering of RCC structure.  Responsible for Quality Assurance and Quality Control on plant and site.  Responsible for execution of RCC structure.  Maintaining all the documents related to site.  Coordinate supervisors, manpower and work planning.  Responsible for Daily Production Report, handling of clients.  To execute all the operations as per safety norms and OH&S policies.  Deployment of new tasks to trainee’s assigned under my supervision.  Staffing of manpower to designated work under-going on daily basis.  Creating of allocation schedule for next day programs.  Quality check of concrete & raw material review – Self and Stock review for raw material availability.  Handled all the plant operations in different field mentioned above.  Optimum storage of raw material at the plant with low inventory & high turnover of the stock.  To Counter Check Calibration of plant scale on monthly frequency to maintain yield of the mix.  To submit the Mix Design as per requirement of Client.  Testing of Cement and steel.  To do Trial mix in the presence of Client.  To do Trial Mixes (Light Weight Concrete, Self Compacting Concrete, Fibrecrete etc.)  Part of the successful execution of Self Compacting Concrete at Site.  Testing of Raw Material in Third Party Lab and calibration of all lab Equipments from NABL Accredited Labs.  Customer trials at plant level & optimization trials as well.  Quality check of all construction material brought to site.  Maintaining of all documents related to quality and consumption of material.  Manage concrete orders by coordinating with site and client.  Responsible for all actions related to concrete production and testing.
