Summary: ➢Responsible for site supervision of work. ➢Preparation of weekly and monthly reports to senior management. ➢ Checked the site works for foundation and super structure including water proofing treatments, concrete ➢ pouring, shuttering and formwork, production of concrete, precast elements, masonry construction and finishes ➢Coordination with Electrical and Mechanical department. ➢Coordinate review of contractor’s submittals, job procedure, drawings and materials. ➢Responsible of overall management of project from conception to completion. ➢Preparation, development and review of project quality plan. ➢Ensure compliance with client quality objective. ➢Responsible for all engineering functions of work. ➢Preparation of sub-contractors R.A. bills. ➢Review project program and update on a regular basis. ➢Monitor safety and quality of contractor’s efforts.
