DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:- Responsible for maintenance and repairing of Heavy machinery like Hydraulic Excavators, Motor Graders, Pavers, Tippers, Soil Compactors, Pneumatic Rock drilling Machine, Air compressors, Rock breakers etc. used in road construction. Assessing the needs of equipment replacements, spare parts and procuring them before hand to ensure smooth maintenance activities. Scheduling & implementation of maintenance plan to minimize the breakdown of machinery Preparation of work orders for carrying repairs outside &maintaining record of maintenance carried out for future reference Monitor material consumptions, stock and equipment condition.
