RESPONSIBILITIES :  To maintain the Optimum availability of Equipment in Good Condition with Maximum Output.  To Prepare Job Card of the Vehicle and Machinery Equipment for Service.  Breakdown/ Trouble shooting and solving problems.  Maintenance of Earthmoving Equipment - Excavator, wheel Loader,Backhoe Loader,Grader, Soil Compactor,Tandem and Tipper Work related.  Maintenance of Vehicles and Machinery as per schedule period of time.  Monitoring to operational & breakdown repairs of Machineries with ensuring availability of spares & consumable in time related to it and if spares not available then follow the Service Engineer or vendor.  Preparation of Daily Progress, Daily Breakdown, Focus Indent of material, Job Order for Repair & Maintenance, Work Order for Hire Machinery & Vehicle, Hire Bills, Monthly MIS Report, fixed Assets, Costing, Optimum Productivity and Utilization of Plants & Machineries.  Accountable for maintaining documents regarding goods receipts and dispatch, Quotation, Indent of the material, , Assets List, and Equipment transfer from other sites.  Alltech Uniblack2000 & Shivshakti DM50 Hotmix plant , & Macons MA20&30 Batching Plant & Macons MA120 120 tph/hr production Wmm plant Operation & Maintenance work related.
