Preparation of Detail project report for Highway Work. * Design review/modifications of Horizontal & Vertical alignment. * Design of Alignment, Profile and Typical cross section for the Highway using highway design software. * Calculation of cross sectional Quantities for all BOQ items like Embankment, Subgrade, GSB, WMM, DBM and BC works. * Preparation of mix design for Bituminous, non-bituminous courses and concrete mixes. * Planning, designing of Truck layby, Bus Layby, Junctions and Toll plazas. * Checking and Review for Land Acquisition plans. * Design review changes for profile correction course for existing section of roads and widening of cross section using software. * Checking of levels and grade control as per IRC, MORT&H specifications. * Manpower Planning and management. * Responsible for planning, cost analysis, preliminary approvals applications, and design and production of site plans. * Ensure target setting for all project teams and action plans for achievement * Budgeting, costing and cash flow management * Continuous Project reviews, actions plans and implementation * Asset management.
