Deals with bidding in Pipeline, Water Projects. Employs excellent leadership skills and multi-tasking strengths. Demonstrated ability to improve proposal management operations. ➢ Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities. ➢ Client Interaction at pre tender stage/ pre-enquiry stage; in finalizing RFQ, qualifying and other T&Cs of upcoming tenders / bid documents to minimize competition and submission of Pre-bid queries. ➢ Searching and finalization of international consultant through sharing our Credentials & Introductory mail. ➢ Empanel company through Vendor registration, Expression of interest. ➢ Identification of enquiries like tenders/proposals from News, portals, web sites etc. ➢ Prepare Fact sheet and all other relevant information of all prospective tenders/proposals. ➢ Preparation & submission of proposal/EOI along with relevant documents through online and offline. ➢ Monitoring of tendering process like binding of the documents, packaging, dispatching and tracking of the documents until it is delivered to the client. ➢ Monitor and updation of MIS. ➢ Applying of completion certificates after completion of Projects. ➢ Ensuring refund of EMD, PBG, ABG, Security deposit etc
