TENDERING:- • Pre-bid site investigation of various Authorities such as NHAI, NHIDCL, MORTH and other state Authorities. • Preparing of projects synopsis technical and financial as per tender document. • Tender Costing and Rate Analysis: Estimates various Direct and indirect costs based on the project and on the Basis of company norms and submits it to HoS - B&T. • Aware of direct/indirect costing & preparation of Project cash flows. CLIENT BILLING:- • Preparation and timely submission of monthly interim bills (IPA). • Preparation of price adjustment/Escalation bills. • Preparation of Interim Payment Statements. • Persuasion & follow up of Client bills (IPC). SUB-CONTRACTS:- • Sub-contract Management and progress review of the project. • Sub-Contractor and PRW liability preparation • Sub-Contractor and PRW MB/bill preparation/certification. • Sub-contractor correspondence & sub-contractor quantity variation
