Searching the possible tenders of according to Company qualification and interest. Study complete tender documents, qualification requirement and making necessary tender synopsis and other assessment for qualification. Preparation of Estimation and Cost Sheet of project compiling the cost of Materials, Manpower, Equipment, Subcontracts, and Overheads etc. Coordination with Internal team like execution, legal, commercial, purchase etc for various cost input. Involve a making consortium / JV agreement and doing the necessary coordination. Floating of various vendor enquiry and interacting with vendors also making comparison statement for negotiation.id. Submission/scanning/uploading of bid on website and attend pre-bid and post bid meeting with customer/consultant. Attending price bid opening meeting and preparation of win-loss Analysis. Maintain data bank and also keeping track of live(submitted) tenders from floating of tenders up to award of work. Keeping track of competitor’s data.
