Responsibility of material receiving & checking against Purchase order. Responsibility of DPR in daily Basis Diesel, Cement, Admixture, Aggregate and Steels reporting to Store Manager and all departments Incharge. Diesel Issue consumption of all Vehicles in daily basis and Generate monthly consumption Report to respective Manager & Ho. File maintain for all outgoing and incoming of Materials. Material Physical inventory and monitor minimum stock availability and all petroleum material physical check (Diesel, LSHS, LDO and Bituminous) in daily basis. All petroleum vehicle physical checked as per invoice and weight/Kl. Checking of Shortages / MRP/ Non standard Quality/ Brand Variation/ Transportation Conditions/Recovery from contracto etc..
