Handling all the operational activities of the stores. Responsible for Inventory planning and its management at store level. Prepare detailed MIS reports on stock requirements. Manage inventory tracking system to record deliveries, shipments and stock levels. Ensure cleanliness of all areas, keeping storage areas clean & tidy, and in strict compliance with hygiene regulations. Conduct inventory audits on regular basis. Push selling to increase the stores sales performance. Verify and track received inventory and complete inventory reports and logs. Provide overall leadehip; recognize & motivate membe of the team, and coach and train the team for operational excellence Set clear performance expectations to achieve growth in terms of sales volume. Managing team performance, their attendances and leaves. Arrangement of honest team membe in case of shortage of manpo2er at store. Handling custome with utmost sincerity. Manage all reporting SOPs to HO. FIFO management.
