Site execution of tunneling work in NATM, decision making for support system to be implement as
per rock condition/behavior.
❖ Responsibilities of Site supervision for excavation and Lining works of both tunnels.
❖ Execution of all the construction activities as per drawing and given specifications.
❖ Maintaining the quality standards in all kind of work.
❖ Preparation of required documents. i.e. Blasting pattern, DPR’s and Cycle time.
❖ Cycle time study and planning to eradicate delays.
❖ Study & improvisation of blasting pattern to reduce overbreak.
❖ Material, machinery & Manpower management for optimum utilization and maximum output.
❖ Execution of fabrication & steel structural work.
