• Preparing pre-start of tunnel such as tunnel eye seal and reaction frame.
• Construction of Twin Tunnel using TBM HK. Ensuring the safety and quality at site.
• Commissioning of TBM for Initial drive and main drive.
• Ring management/ring selection manually.
• Analyzing the ground geology and condition in the actual of the TBM as per the data suggested by theclients.
• Preparing the full reports of Tunneling process like TBM Operations Sheet, shift reports, Ring building Protocol, Time sheet and also monitoring the Grouting Pressure and quality.
• Coordinating with surface work and arranging the materials required for mining without any delay.
• Conducting after lining checking the step and lips.
